The reality of doing

Acting is effin hard!
Whoever says differently either never tried it or have the faintest clue about the meaning of difficulty....

Although NYC is the best place in the world to practice public solitude,
it does not even get close to standing in front of people you may or may not know but you know are staring at you waiting for you to perform.

I have just finished with Meisner Tech I class & it ended with a "bang"....
I thought this would get easier with time, but it's the other way around.
Even our "mellow" teacher doesn't cut anyone any slacks ):
Should she?!

Is acting all about taking criticism in and yet continuing to do your thing?!
According to Sandy Meisner it is "living truthfully under imaginary circumstances".

Isn't that the meaning of our entire being?

Life itself is actually a set of "imaginary circumstances"...
Therefore, life is acting? Acting is Life?
